How to be healthy (in every sense of the word):

-take care of yourself. Treat yourself with respect, love and kindness. Every day give yourself a « me time »

-surround yourself with beautiful people and ditch toxic people

– listen to your body. Don’t eat a burger if you feel sick. Don’t skip breakfast (in French it is « le repas du roi » aka the most important meal of the day): breakfast gives you energy and prevents you from fainting. You should have a snack which keeps you from nibbling.

-exercise. Do some sports (if you can). Find a sport that you like and practice at least once a week. I personally run every week and it keeps me in a good mood and takes my mind of things.
