How to have perfect eyebrows

Before explaining how to define your eyebrows here is why you should and what are perfect eyebrows.

Eyebrows are essential. They define your look.
They can change your whole appearance and make you severe, joyful, timid…
See for yourself:
Before:

After:

In fact, they contribute to make you YOU.
That’s why you need to ask yourself: which eyebrows do I want? Which ones will best enhance my features ?

The fashion industry made it clear that at the moment thick eyebrows are a go-to. You probably envy Cara’s or Kiernan’s. Some of you might fancy Kate’s thinner ones as well…
But you need to realize that only you are the author of the definition of perfect eyebrows.
They can be pastel colored (trending at Gucci right now), dark or light…You might fancy that model’s eyebrows or your neighbor’s. But ask yourself: would that suit me?

Here is how I come to my second point: how to achieve the perfect eyebrows, the ones that make you YOURSELF.

First you need two tools: a make up brush and a white make up pencil.
Place the brush vertically, at the end of your nose (in other words your nostril) like so. This is where your eyebrow should start. Mark it with the pencil. (Step 1 see picture)

Then repeat the same step but this time place your brush diagonally, it should pass by the middle of your iris. This is where your arch should be. Mark it with your pencil.
(Pic step 2)

Finally, place your brush diagonally, but this time, it should pass by the outer corner of your eye. This is where your eyebrow should end. Mark it with your pencil.
(Pic step 3)

Then, make your three marks meet or if you prefer outline your eyebrows with the white pencil.

Afterwards pluck what’s between your two eyebrows (except if you want the Frida Khalo look).

Then pluck the hairs that are outside your little white shape. However DO NOT pluck beneath your brows. Only pluck underneath them or else it would look unnatural. If your hairs are too long you might cut them (but for that you might want the help of professionals unless you feel you can do so without messing them up) [personally I don’t do it but feel free to do so if you want to].

Here is an often underestimated tip from make up artist Warner Bros. The space between both eyebrows has an impact on the way your nose will look. If you want your noes to appear wider you should make this space bigger. On the contrary if you feel your nose is too wide, reduce this space.

One more thing: your eyes. If the space between your eyes is big, reduce the space between your two eyebrows. And if you feel your eyes are too close from each other, make the space between your brows bigger.

Now you’re done. To keep them nice and neat, try to pluck them every two weeks (just the hairs underneath your brows remember). Pluck the hairs in between your brows whenever you feel the need to do so.
Always take time to pluck your eyebrows. You want them to be twins and not sisters. DO NOT over pluck them as they will take time to grow back and will not necessarily grow back evenly.
Style them with some brow gel or with some vaseline and brush them with an eyebrow brush.

Enjoy your new brows and go show them off.

XO
