Facts about my fashion experiences for curious readers

During fashion shows you are not allowed to cross your legs. Why? To prevent models from falling.

Open bar? When I attend fashion events I am often greeted with champagne. During a party at the Sisley headquarters there was an open bar with a fancy champagne. I had to stop the waiter who wanted to fill my glass whenever it was empty (I had class the next day)

Fashion bloggers and shows: when I go to fashion shows I never have the same pass: either it says “staff”, “influencer” or “press” on my pass. As if fashion bloggers did not belong to one but rather many categories. Or would that mean that fashion bloggers are uncategorised? As an attempt to refuse labels?

Which sex? There are men and women FW but the boundaries between sexes are blured. During MFW I attended, men were veiled or had wigs and even women were modelling.

Difference between haute couture and male and women fashion shows? When I attended male and women fashion shows I noticed the models often wore more casual an neutral clothes (however it is not always the case). During haute couture shows, models often wear long and feminine dresses.
