The benefits of face yoga

Ever tried Face Yoga ?
With regular practice, you will find yourself destressing the muscles in the face, drop the jaw and give a break to your eyes. The objective is to delay wrinkles and give your face a fresh look everyday.
How to do that?
First face warm up includes covering your cheeks with both hands. Then rub them up gently. Do the same with forehead. You are already looking better.
For group practice, register with institutipar.wordpress.com. Their next session is October 8th.
