LFB: –understanding the social and cultural stakes of fashion–

Scrubbing your skin is a necessity: it helps getting rid of dead skin, having glowy and soft skin.
Keep in mind that scrubbing a few days after shaving helps your skin get some tan more easily.

Here are 4 easy and affordable ways to make your own body scrubs.

1/Sugar scrub for soft skin

Mix brown sugar with almond oil (or any other vegetable oil) and apply on your body, gently rubbing your skin. Rince. If you have sensitive skin, wet your skin before scrubbing.

2/Turmeric scrub for satin-soft and golden skin

Mix 100g of rice powder with 1 ginger root (20g), 15g of turmeric and some coconut oil. Spread the mixture on your skin and wash off.

3/ Beach scrub

Create a scrub using some sand and seaweeds (clean them first however) on your body. Rince.

4/Feet scrub

Mix coarse salt with olive oil. Apply on your feet. They will be as soft as a baby’s skin. Wash off.

I hope these tips helped you. Which scrub is your favorite? Do you have any other diy scrub recipes?

Let me know.
